ELIGIBILITY

If you are a child care provider living in our six county service area (Champaign, Douglas, Iroquois, Macon, Piatt, or Vermilion) AND are listed on our CCRS database you are now eligible to request items from the Table of Content links listed below and have them sent by mail directly to your address for a one month checkout period.

Child care providers eligible to be listed on the CCRS database may be licensed or license-exempt, family homes, child care centers, or license-exempt child care programs.

Mailing addresses for requests must be the current address listed on the CCRS database.
